Our Process
Our process consists of four equally important steps: Analyzation, Discussion, Development, and the Launch.
- Analyzation
- We learn about your company and your goals, and initiate in-depth research of your market and competition.
- Discussion
- We have a meeting to discuss different options available to help you achieve your goals, and create a detailed action plan. With your input and feedback we then define a system of measurement that is used as a "yardstick" to determine the successfulness of your project. (i.e. number of visitors, sales volume, etc.)
- Development
- The development phase is the actual design and programming of your solution. We make sure to include your feedback and input through our open lines of communication. The development process is not yet complete when the programming is finished. At this point, our focus is on fine-tuning, testing for usability, and optimizing all aspects of your project. We work with a co-op group of developers to review each others' work, and to recommend adjustments that will further ensure the successfulness of your project.
- The Launch
- The final step of our process is the launch. This is much more than making your project "live". We first coordinate a release date, then provide you with training on using your project as necessary. After training has been completed, we register your project with Search Engines and Directories if applicable. Finally, throughout the first 60 days after the launch, we very closely monitor all aspects of your project, and make any further adjustments as deemed necessary. Using our method of measurement to gauge successfulness, we analyze and optimize your project to maximize the return on your investment.
